A psychological thriller of a grieving mother turned cold-blooded avenger with a twisty master plan to pay back those who were responsible for her daughter's death.
Visually stunning and darkly disturbing, though more of a mystery drama than a thriller. Directed by the same man who gave us Memories of Matsuko (2006) and The World of Kanako (2014), two films which I've given a lot of praise to. Gets a plus for the many talented child actors.
